President, Cimoroni & Company

Breaking through barriers in a male-dominated industry, Nathalie Cook has been named a game

changer and one of the most influential women in sports in Canada. Over the course of her 25

year career, she has helped guide the careers of Canadian Olympic athletes, worked at six

Olympic Games, landed multi-million dollar marketing and partnership deals and promoted the

advancement of women in sports in Canada.

Currently President of Cimoroni & Company, a sports marketing agency in Toronto, the bilingual

Montreal native has held senior management positions at a variety of leading sports and media

corporations, including being named the first female vice-president at TSN.

At TSN, Cook landed several high profile partnerships including a multi-million dollar advertising

and marketing deal with Canadian Tire Corporation and signed Coca-Cola Canada as a major

partner for the FIFA Women’s World Cup Canada 2015.

Cook was Vice-President, Marketing and Partnerships for Canada’s Olympic Broadcast Media

Consortium during the Olympic Games in London in 2012. For the Vancouver 2010 Olympic

Winter Games, she served as Director of Partnerships for the Consortium, delivering record-

setting Olympic audiences across multi-media platforms.

After graduating, Cook worked at IMG, the world’s largest sports and event marketing agency,

for 12 years, guiding the careers of some of Canada’s top Olympians including Marnie McBean,

current Chef de Mission for Team Canada Curt Harnet and ice dance innovators ShaeLynn

Bourne and Victor Kraatz. After IMG, Cook spent five years leading the MarCom team at Special

Olympics Canada.
